WHOA General Membership Meetings are held early most months. Potluck 6:30 PM. Meeting at 7:00 PM. Typically at 10080 W Fair Avenue, Littleton, CO 80127. (This is not frequently updated. Welcome!

Welcome to all who have joined our Westbury Home Owners Association.  Our focus is building community by getting to know, and helping our neighbors. 

We do not control the colors you paint your homes, the height or content of your flag poles, or the vehicles you park  in front of, or on your property, though we do ask all Westbury home owners to work respectfully with one another to resolve any concerns you may have.  If that fails, and your neighbor is in violation of zoning or parking regulations, please contact the appropriate civil authorities.  Resolution of such conflicts is outside the authority of WHOA.

Please join us at our meetings, which occur the second or third week of most months, and are published in our newsletter, The  Association Press.
