Members in good standing

Along with our goals to create Welcome packets, review and update our association bylaws; promote a neighborhood watch presence, and the events listed on our calendar of events, the Westbury Homeowners Board has reinstated the collection of voluntary dues for Westbury residents. Our By-Laws state: “Membership in WHOA is open, on a voluntary basis, to all persons who own property within the boundaries of Westbury or to their renters with the approval of the owner.  Each household whose dues are paid and current shall be considered a member in good standing and entitled to one vote on each matter submitted for consideration by the members.”  It is with this in mind, we encourage all residents to exercise your voice by becoming a “member in good standing” by supporting our goals and events through your dues.

If y ou haven't yet paid your 2013 dues, please cut out the Westbury dues coupon in this newsletter, and send it in with your $20 payment.  There will be a prize drawing at our summer kick-off picnic, for all “members in good standing.”  If there is something additional you’d like to see happen in our neighborhood, please contact us.
